In this coaching plan, send me 4 individual texts written by yourself with no assistance, and I will give you full feedback on what you are doing well, what mistakes you made, what vocabulary areas you need to improve on and what grammar areas you need to learn and perfect. You can send me all 4 at once, or you can send me one text at a time over a period of up to 8 weeks, using my feedback on your previous text to improve the next one. Texts can be for any purpose: essays, reports, narrative writing, letter writing, formal/informal, or any other type of writing you need to improve.

After the 4th text, you can attend an optional live tutorial on Zoom to discuss your writing with me in person, and to hear my suggestions for future study.

About me

I have been teaching English for 25 years, and during that time I have helped tens of thousands of learners from all nationalities, ages and levels (beginner to expert) achieve their English goals. For the past 15 years, I have taught English language at university level, preparing students for English-based university study as well as for careers in Business, Marketing, International Communication, and more. 

My qualifications are the highest attainable for professional English language teachers:

- MA in Applied Linguistics & TEFL (with Distinction, the top grade for postgraduate qualifications)

- Cambridge DELTA (Cambridge’s premier qualification for professional English teachers)

- Cambridge CELTA

- Fellowship of Higher Education Academy membership (FHEA: British university lecturer accreditation)

During my time at the University of Portsmouth (UK), I was Programme Leader for all English language courses provided by the university, and was Course Leader for BA (Hons) International Business Communication, a course that achieved the maximum 100% “Student Satisfaction” rating in the prestigious “National Student Survey” which ranks all university courses in the UK. I was also a course designer, trainer and mentor for pre-qualified English language teachers.

Before embarking upon my teaching career, I worked in finance. Because of this, I am particularly able to assist learners who wish to improve their English for business purposes.

What happens in this coaching plan?

Before purchasing, you can book an optional free 15 minute consultation with me on Zoom where you can ask me questions about how the plan works and any other questions you may have before purchasing.

Immediately after purchasing, you will receive be led to a page with instructions on how to upload your first text. Texts must be 200 words or less in length.

Feedback on your text will be given within 4 days of receipt. It will cover all errors in the text and contain suggestions for future improvements.

Usually, learners send new texts after feedback is received on the previous text, so that my feedback can be incorporated into the new text. However, you will be given an option to send more than one text at a time. I will give feedback on a total of 4 texts during the plan.

After you submit your fourth text, I will send you a link to my coaching calendar, where you will be able to book a 30 minute tutorial with me on Zoom to discuss your writing progress and future options for improving your writing further.

Additionally, within 72 hours of purchasing, you will receive an email from me with a code providing access to all of my online courses and PDFs available on this website at no extra cost (Advanced Speaking & Pronunciation, Advanced Grammar, 28 Day Grammar Challenge, Business English, Academic English, Essay Writing).
